Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee:
Customers will qualify for a guaranteed full money refund on the AED within 30 days of shipment provided the AED has not been initiated for first use. i.e. batteries have not been placed in AED or tabs have not been pulled. Customers need only pay shipping and handling to return products to the store.
Products returned between 31 and 60 days will constitute a restocking fee. This will appear as a partial refund to the customer.
We require the Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number for all eligible returns. Once the RMA number is provided, we can proceed with the return and correctly credit you for the product refunded and accurate amount.
Any product attempted to be returned past 60 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. The customer will incur all charges associated with shipping and handling in this occurrence.

- “Clearance” Products
- Designated “Non-returnable” products
- Compromised packaging/ Not in original packaging
- All hygienic/sterile products; products unable to be resold
- Past 60 day shipping date allotment
- Recertified Equipment
- Unaccounted, used, or worn products. Ex) Batteries, pads
Claims
Any transit damage claims must be made immediately after goods receipt by customer to shipping carrier. Document damage by providing photos as well as retaining all boxes and original packaging materials. Shipment offense claim must be reported immediately to Vital AED Solutions Customer Service Department.
