Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee:

Customers will qualify for a guaranteed full money refund on the AED within 30 days of shipment provided the AED has not been initiated for first use. i.e. batteries have not been placed in AED or tabs have not been pulled. Customers need only pay shipping and handling to return products to the store.

Products returned between 31 and 60 days will constitute a restocking fee. This will appear as a partial refund to the customer.

We require the Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number for all eligible returns. Once the RMA number is provided, we can proceed with the return and correctly credit you for the product refunded and accurate amount.

Any product attempted to be returned past 60 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. The customer will incur all charges associated with shipping and handling in this occurrence.

Non-returnable items:

1. “Clearance” Products
2. Designated “Non-returnable” products
3. Compromised packaging/ Not in original packaging
4. All hygienic/sterile products; products unable to be resold
5. Past 60 day shipping date allotment 
6. Recertified Equipment
7. Unaccounted, used, or worn products. Ex) Batteries, pads

Return Policy Guidelines:

1. Restocking Fee waved provided items are returned within 30 days of shipping date
2. Returns done between 31-60 days are subject to restocking fee
3. Products initiated for refund past 60 days of shipping date will be returned to customer without credit. Customer will absorb S&H charges
4. RMA number must be clearly visible on package
5. Include copy of original invoice or packing list in the box
6. Package must be sent freight prepared
7. Packages must be received 15 days after RMA number has been issued for return
8. Packages received without RMA number will not be eligible for return/credit

Return For Repairs

OSHA (Occupational safety and Health Administration) requires items to be returned are prepared and packaged according to their most recent safety guidelines. All items being returned must be correctly cleaned and documented by visible declaration of verification on exterior of the package. Please include both manufacturers warranty repairs and proof of purchase documentation.

Claims

Any transit damage claims must be made immediately after goods receipt by customer to shipping carrier. Document damage by providing photos as well as retaining all boxes and original packaging materials. Shipment offense claim must be reported immediately to Vital AED Solutions Customer Service Department.

All orders over $99.00 ship free domestically within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges. Orders placed before 3pm EST ship within 24-48 hours while supplies/products are IN STOCK. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days unless expedited services are required and are placed as a special request directly to Vital AED Solutions via phone.
